CMS Publishes NPRM on Releasing Medicare Claims Data

On Tuesday, HHS announced they would be reducing premiums and easing eligibility requirements in states with federally-run high risk pools, known as Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plans (PCIP), starting July 1.
