I am excited to report that on this, the last day of the Legislative Session, Governor Schwarzenegger has signed Assembly Bill 1602 and Senate Bill 900, legislation that kick starts the state’s implementation of the California Health Benefit Exchange. We received an update from MRMIB Executive Director Lesley Cummings yesterday on the status of California’s Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Program (PCIP).
